The mission of Africa-America Foundation is to provide material or financial assistance and spiritual comfort on a humanitarian basis to relief the suffering of the poor, needy, underprivileged and distressed in Africa, America and elsewhere in the world. To provide a spring board for economic empowerment and self reliance for the improvement of community and livelihood. To advocate for programs for racial or ethnic equality and reconciliation.

Facilitate the establishment of Greater Africa University as a center of excellence in education and research.
Provision of life-saving medicines, foods and food supplements to people living with AIDS/HIV, Malaria, Tuberculosis & other disease conditions.
The foundation will provide assistance to individuals, groups with charitable, educational and scientific purposes.
